Though the vets at humanimals have always been lovely, and helpful. The service at this clinic is absolutely shocking. We stayed at this clinic only because no others could take on a new client. Our poor old cat was very ill and we spent a week trying to get her seen, which in the end was only achieved because we showed up with her at opening time. We have always had great experiences here with our cat, Ellie. She is never a fan of the vet but as she goes more and more with supportive vets, she is easing into the idea of it not being so scary. A++
Excellent support and advice, including how to help our dog lose some weight before her spay surgery. Luna was even happy to return for her post-op visit 5 days later. The vet did a fantastic job with the surgical site.
Humanimals has looked after two different dogs for us over the years and we've always been extremely satisfied with their vet care. The vets and reception went above and beyond when our last dog was needing extra help in her final weeks, they helped us organise pet cremation and were very supportive during this process. It was our first visit to this vet and I’m not gonna lie I was cautious because of the google rating but I had nothing to be worried about. What a lovely team and thank you for being so accommodating and taking great care of my cat ❤️
