My wife and I just closed on our first home using Primary Residential Mortgage. This is a dream come true for us. I am so lucky to have found my Agent ( Hunter Scott ). Hunter did everything absolutely perfect. The ok experience was due to the over excess of verification of things needed that most other people never have to do. I made the comment several times to people that I was afraid of sneezing in the wrong direction for fear of needing a notorized statement of my health.

Hunter went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the process as easy as possible. He even got us the paperwork early when possible to do so. He answered every question we had and did so as promptly as possible, even on weekends. I have already recommended him to a few of my family members and friends and will continue to do so. Buying a home is stressful enough but Hunter made the loan process as easy and smooth as humanly possible.

Hunter Scott and Ginger Iburg were most professional throughout the entire process from preapproval, to making offers, to coaching through the loan process, and both were available at anytime to offer help, even at times after hours.
