Very well organized: The ladies at pick up were wonderful and knew exactly what they were doing - and were extremely helpful! The items and photos of the items on the online auctions are nicely done and written up clearly explaining what they are - I highly recommend them!

I’ve been buying through Hurley’s for over 6 years since my retirement adventure back into antiques. The online experience was new to me. I’ve found Hurleys to be, by far, the most efficient and customer service oriented group of the many online auctions I work with. Always helpful, and whenever there’s been a problem or discrepancy with a purchase they are always ready to rectify the situation. Great folks.

It would be nice if Hurley could have someone @ the pickup location to assist with loading large and unwieldy items. Not everyone has someone to bring along to help them. Many older folks rely on the extra hands that are just standing around. Not asking for help with heavy items, just a little concern for those of us who’ve come to pickup the many items we buy.
