There was to be an open house 11/12 from 12-1. No one from Hurley auctions showed up- and there was no way to view the house. When calling Hurley auctions to ask why no one had showed up- the lady we spoke to hung up on us and never returned the call. Very frustrating to take time off work to go to an open house, when the business holding the open house doesn’t even show up.
On the day of the showing we got there 5 minutes before they were closing the house up. We were only going in to look at the living room suite. As soon as we pulled up the gentleman outside yelled to us......YOU GOT 5 MINUTES. All the other employees were great. Sure wish I would have got his name. He was so rude!!!! We bought an item from one of their auctions. When we went to pick up the item, someone had already taken it earlier in the day. After finding out who took our item, the person refused to bring the item back and this company made my husband drive 30 minutes out of his way to retrieve an item that they allowed someone else to remove that wasnt theirs. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, we now have no idea if the item will even work and they refuse to do anything about it.
Dishonest, rude, and shady people.
