Marty Upton is the best. He always makes sure everything is good. He made sure I had a ride home and back while they worked on my truck. The place is clean and has a nice waiting area. Everyone is friendly

I'm not sure why the oil pan was replaced, but it leaks and will have to be serviced again.

The service advisor is great & does a decent job. Frustrating this is this is at least the 4th time my truck has been in for the same issuenon-working trailer cam that was installed when the truck was 1 month old. Truck doesn't recognize a camera connection. Dealership keeps saying service bulletin & update for the fix. Hasn't worked yet. There's an easy way to diagnose the problem, they just refuse to listen. GM is telling me to go thru a different dealership to resolve the issue. Disappointing
