Besides the basic maintenance services, I requested the cap to the windshield wipers solution tank needed to be replaced. When I got home, I discovered it had not been corrected. I called and had to make a return trip back to the shop. Even though it took only a few minutes, I still had to make that second trip.

I had my car in for a Zaktek application. I waited for my car as it usually only takes a hour. I waited for almost two. After an hour and a half I went to see what was talking so long only to see my car sitting in the line of vehicles that were done. Dont know how long it had been sitting there but there were 4 other cars behind mine and one in front of mine. It was close to noon by then but customers shouldnt be left sitting and waiting because everyone is at lunch
