The dealership contacted me wanting me to come in for a test drive. Due to having two jobs I couldn’t make the trip, but wanted to get a quote on my trade in and talk pricing (monthly payments, financing, etc). However once the dealer realized I wasn’t able to come in that very day he stopped replying to me completely (via text) and sold the car to someone else. I understand the business, but I was very disappointed in how this situation panned out.

very pushy, not helpful. Said truck was in very good shape. We went and looked at it after hours because every email the sales person would switch the topic back to when we would come in. Truck was not in very good shape. Many door dings, dents on hood and tailgate. I also asked several times for the price and a rough trade value and they only gave my the price after the third time I asked. I never did get a trade value. Ended up purchasing elsewhere

The sales person was very friendly. We purchased the car. They installed a new windshield; however, the car was supposed to be detailed. The inside was not very clean and the doors had dried streaks. It looked as if they were sprayed with a cleaner and never wiped down. I contacted our sales person and he said we could bring it in to get properly cleaned. The finance agent was fine. After buying the pickup on a Monday, it had 100 extra miles on it after I put a deposit down the Friday before to hold over the weekend while I sold my current pickup. I was misinformed that it was a 1 owner when it was actually a 2 owner. I have had to ask multiple times via email and text for their inspection report and have never received, even after I purchased the truck.

Responded, wouldn't stop calling & pressuring me. Poor would never do business with them.
I called a head to confirm the two cars I wanted to look at would be available before making the one hour and fifteen minute drive but once I got there one had been sold before I'd started the drive.
Talk about HIGH pressure, I called asking one question, never got the answer to it, but I did receive 3 phone calls a day and 2 emails for a 10 day period. Never once did they have the answer to my question. Only had pressure and deceit to try an push us into buying something we didn't want.
