Experience, honest , and very professional
We walked in the house last night and it was 80° INSIDE!? Hybrid installed my new furnace last year so I contacted them to fix this issue. I left a message at the office at 9pm last night and they called me back this morning at 8:09… impressive right!? The response to my after hours message was immediate and they let me know that if it wasn’t an emergency, I should wait and call in the morning to avoid after hours charges. The text came quickly and provided the office number. I called first thing and they were able to get to me the same afternoon. The tech called on his way to let me know to expect him and he was kind and professional.

I am so pleased with Hybrid. I called first thing in the morning on the hottest day of the year hoping I could have someone come out in a few days. Steve arrived just a few hours later! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit and had the compressor replaced within a few minutes. Steve was friendly and professional.
