I really enjoyed my time living here. I was here for 2 years. Tim is a great property manager. He communicates important info quickly, follows up on resident concerns, and is honestly just a nice guy all around. It’s refreshing to have a landlord that doesn’t try to take advantage of you. The townhome I lived in was a great catch for the price and the pool and lake were nice community features. Plus it’s in a prime location in Columbia. We needed a place in a hurry and they worked with us to ensure not only did we have a place but we had a nice place they have also worked with us Making a few changes that were needed for the apartment to be comfortable for us Additionally it's in a great location

Great people our units were just sold to the complex and I love the fact now I can pay online and don't have to run down a money order or write a check in the mail. Had a maintenance issue and they got right on it the very same day I requested the service. Only issue I have is my apartment is very outdated but understandable and the Cabinets when they were installed they were installed backwards. The doors open opposite of what you would expect. Other then that I would recommend.
