Beyond disappointed with a purchase of a Dream Maker Spa 3500S Within the first year (of delivery) I had to get service done twice (wasn't done correctly the first time). They had to repair broken light, leaks, jets that were not working. Only 1 year warranty. I was 5 days from my 1 year from purchase, but not beyond 1 year from delivery, so they did finally agree to cover the service.. Freddy was amazing to deal with. Helped us with questions we had reference a new to us swimspa sold by his store. He worked hard to find us the most cost effective solution for our needs while answering our questions and educating us along the way. He saved me from buying something I didn't need. We drove over 30 minutes and he made it more than worth our while. Thank you again Freddy!!!!!
Where do I begin, I bought my first tub in 2017 and it was an amazing experience. I recently bought a new tub and received not just the same amazing service but even better than before! The delivery guys were great, making sure the tub was placed where we wanted it and taking the packaging with them! The staff of Hydropool London went above and beyond. My husband and I have been customers here since 2014. The Hydropool tubs are beautiful, and the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Last week, we took delivery of our second hot tub (replacing and downsizing from a larger, leaking tub), and the whole experience was great from start to finish. In- store staff were helpful and gave us a great deal, and the delivery team members were friendly, professional, and efficient.
