First hot tub was an absolute lemon, 3 broken parts in the first three weeks. Took some time but they did end up replacing the tub with a comparable tub ironicly the day after speaking with the bbb. So the sales team was great but the service is horrible. The replacement tub has been good but I recieved it in July and now in May just shy of 3 years later I have a leak, thought it'd be warranty but apparently the warranty starts from date of purchase of the first tub(not the replacement one) and I was a day out of warranty. ... read more
Great sales people but getting anything warrantied through them is like pulling teeth. Product well the water bubbles, the shell is a poor design and they should have stayed with older magnet set up. I've held off doing a review on them because I enjoy the store staff but getting service work done or repairs is ridiculous and multiple visits and e-mails shouldn't be necessary. Hopefully they figure this out and tweak their product.
We have had an amazing experience with Freddy. I don’t know how many times I have called and asked for help or advice and every single time Freddy and his staff have been incredible. Customer service definitely makes a difference and they make you a priority each and every single time Thankful our swimspa came from there.
My husband and I have been customers here since 2014. The Hydropool tubs are beautiful, and the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Last week, we took delivery of our second hot tub (replacing and downsizing from a larger, leaking tub), and the whole experience was great from start to finish. In- store staff were helpful and gave us a great deal, and the delivery team members were friendly, professional, and efficient. From start to finish I can not begin to describe how good and continued my experience has been. Hydropool was the first place we walked into when looking to get into the hot tub game. Freddy was the perfect person to start with, incredibly welcoming and extremely friendly while he allowed us at our own pace to have a look around before answering all questions.
