Easy Process The experience of leasing a new car at Tufankjian of Plymouth was laid back and easy. It was nice to negotiate a fair price for a new car and a trade in without the back and forth of many dealers where the salesman leaves for 10 minutes and holds your trade in keys hostage while you negotiate for what seems like hours. My first time shopping at a dealership Carey was my salesperson and she is great! She went above and beyond to make sure I really knew about the car that I was interested in and also showed me others that fit my wish list. Should have shopped here first!!! Before going to Tufankjian Hyundai I spent time with 5 other Hyundai dealerships trying to put a deal together. To my amazement they all are still implementing the "smoke and mirrors" and slight of hand tricks with the numbers trying to fool me but it didn't work. I became more and more frustrated as I had a specific vehicle in mind and most Hyundai dealers did not have the car I wanted in stock.
