I've been coming to this gym exclusively for the past three years. The gym space is quite impressive, with all the variety of equipment for strength, cardiovascular, and performance training. They offer classes throughout each day as well as unlimited plans which allow open gym access. I am always there at 6:30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday for the lower body and upper body, respectively, classes, so long as I'm available. It's fit my needs perfectly for the past three years. Over the course of my time here, I’ve managed to cut over 60lbs and meet my fitness goals, and it’s all thanks to the amazing support and encouragement from the community of members. This gym is not just a place to work out—it’s a real family-oriented establishment where everyone lifts each other up. I-F.I.T. During my stay in Fayetteville, I worked out here for three months. Going to this gym is one of the best things I've ever done here. I've never done this kind of workout before, but I've had a lot of fun with my coaches teaching me. Besides the classes, there are lots of fun events, and every Saturday there's a community workout. Thank you, passionate coach Yeniz. My experience here will be memorable for a long time.
You do get a great workout here! the coaches are well trained and know exactly how to get you to meet your goals; whether it is weight loss or toned. Yeniz is super sweet and fun to be around. What a great experience! This gym was so welcoming and an amazing community that just wants to see everyone thrive. They hosted a great competition today that was challenging but capable for everyone. Would recommend to anyone!!
