The communication between departments was not satisfactory. We were told not to make a December mortgage payment since we were in the process of refinancing. Then we received collection calls. Then after more reassurance, we were told we did have to pay December’s payment. Then we were told we were closed, then told we had more papers to sign. Faster service ( especially since you already have ALL our information) and better communication. I did not appreciate the fact of being in collections while trying to refinance especially when we were told to NOT make a payment until refinancing was complete.
