I originally left a 1 star after waiting 14 hours for a response to my application and hearing nothing back when emailng support. I then called collections, which I KNEW would be answered, the agent made a request for immediate call back from support, the agent who promptly called me, Sam, was excellent, canceled the application upon request and sent me an email confirming the time of my request to show I was within my province's allotted cool-off period of 2 days. Thanks, Sam, you're a legend.
