Here's an honest opinion from someone who's been here only 2 months. It's super convenient, the money literally comes in within minutes. Yeah, some employees are rude and treat you like you're a literal bum who can't pay their bills, or even ask you to borrow money off others to pay your loan. But let's be real, if you can't pay off your loan, you shouldn't be borrowing to begin with. The other 95% of the support staff are kind, understanding and will honestly go out of their way for you. 7/10

Their quick response regarding questions you have is very wonderful. As long as you pay them back when you say you can it will go smooth as butter. Make sure you pay back by said date, or bank, & I-Cash NSF charges occur, and turned over to their collections department. You move up levels by repaying on time & get bigger cash back on your loan,(minimum $20 to withdrawal). Also higher the level, the more % of loan added to the pot. Level 2 allows you to re-loan immediately on e loan is fully paid
