They check your bank activity through Plaid, which only supports the national exploitative banks, with little support for competitive institutions like credit unions and virtual banks. Edit: I am bumping this up to 3 stars. iCash called me today and seemed sincere in their interest in feedback. If they pursue Plaid to start supporting competitive institutions, I will look into it again. Be a part of the bigger issue solution, Finabanx.
