Response: I was clear what would make a 5 star review. Used your app twice to apply. The tagline for your app is: "The easiest way for Canadians to get small loans in minutes. Available 24/7.” Anyone would take that to mean the length of the process in minutes to be in double digits. Not 220+ (denied) then 960+ (approved). Also being 'pre-approved' has no meaning here. Only a word to raise hopes. ** They did help me out. I do appreciate that. The timing was hardly instant but it is what it is.
