They would receive a much higher score, but since they have gotten bigger, they can and, and have, taken longer and longer. I've waited 8 hours or more. They advertise that it should be approximately 2 hours, but if they are busy it could take up to 4 hours. They need to rectify this situation. Either change the information on their website, so it's more accurate. Or, hire more staff to meet the timelines already set. Our time is important too.
