icash has been amazing and the one time i had a mixup and couldnt make my payment they were more than willing to work with me on a new date i could make up the payment. very good loan option and great customer service.

WELL Slowly but surely getting little better with replying back to a person. Better yet best would be to have operate a Costumer Service and Inquiry phone line like most BUSINESS Have. To communicate with your bussiness and real time human contact. Not just Emails back forth and wait time! Well thats another store
