I'm editing my review after an amazing customer experience with one of their agents, I believe his name was Sam? It turns out I had logged in with a wrong email address and tried to apply. Their system is so robust it was immediately caught, hence behind denied. Sam helped clarify, and got it sorted. The bank part it seems was my authentication process glitching, not a security issue on their end. Sam was patient, walking me through and waiting with me as we verified everything. 10/10
