I tried to get their lower interest rate credit card so that I could get out from under my Citi card, and was told no. Trying to help us with our wealth? Yeah, right.

This Branch really needs to work on how long it takes to go through the drive through its always a lengthy wait just to make a deposit. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time it is.

Dishonest employees with unethical business practices. I ended up going to a real bank and getting a better loan . The manager as well as the assistant manager lie to try to steal customers from other banks. They receive a commission for every customer they sign up. For them, it's about the numbers not the people.
