The app is great for most things. But some things are intentionally excluded. For example, you cannot renew a CD at the higher rates with the app or online - you must visit the bank to get the rates. Truly annoying
I've done TONS of personal business through ICCU. Invest in Idaho. Go with ICCU

Their security is above any banking I've ever experienced.
I'm a new customer, and it turns out the menu button is missing from the version I downloaded from the Play Store. So I cannot access Zelle from the app. This was one of the selling points to choosing this credit union. Very disappointing.
