Very intuitive, super easy to use and the card controls are a life saver. If you bank through iccu make sure you set your card controls so you don't have to make that dreaded call about fraudulent transactions. yes it's a separate app but it's 100% worth it. Also Zelle being included makes it so easy and quick to transfer money

The Zelle add-on sometimes doesn't load, which is easily fixed by going back to the home screen then starting over. This is a overall great app, serves my needs well. -Thank you

I have been trying to get Card Control added to the ICCU app. I have had any luck at all. Really frustrating. I'm sure I'm not doing something right. I'm in hopes that there will someday be step by step instructions some day. Also, I think the app could use a spot where you can dispute a transaction, and it will alert an agent, and show a contact number and where to go from there.
