Its hard for me to give you guys a 5 Star. I feel like you guys play favorites with people. Its almost like you need to have someone on the inside that you are good friends with to actually help you out on something. I used to have you guys for my auto loan, cause you guys are the best. But ever since i got a new vehicle i haven't been able to refinance with you guys even tho you can see my APR is horrible. I wish you guys would treat everyone equally. I just spent about 30 minutes trying to adjust some autopay functionalities and I can honestly say that it was painless. Jasmine, the teller, walked me through every step. Her above and beyond customer service was outstanding! Jasmine's friendly demeanor, intelligent responses to my multitude of questions and warm character was a pleasure to experience. Thank you!

I love this bank! I recently opened an account with them. The lady that helped me was fantastic! She even went as far as to review my credit report with me and give me tips on what I could do to improve my score. Their online app is so easy to use. Love this bank

My husband and I have had ICCU as a joint account for a few years now. We have a car loan through them and my husband just paid off a small personal loan he got to help build his credit. We were looking into trying to consolidate my credit card debt (I was a dumb 18 year old) and Michelle at the Fairview Branch was so helpful! She sat with us for over 2 hours figuring everything out for us. We were approved for a loan and now I just make one payment to them and they paid off what I owed to 5 different companies. The only reason we aren't a part of ICCU anymore is because we moved out of state. We decided to try a credit union after giving up on regular banks. If it wasn't Wells Fargo's hidden fees and overdraft charges for overdraft charges for overdraft charges, it was US Bank not allowing us to touch more than $1000 of our own money or Key Bank doing whatever it was that finally drove us to ICCU. I love my bank! I have been a member since I was a teenager and I have been wow'd by their dedication the entire time I've been with them. Every branch I go into provides top notch service and a friendly smile at the same time. When my husband and I got married we opened up a joint account together and I also got a credit card- every decision we make, the process and execution is so effortless and easy at ICCU! They are fast and efficient. I will always be a loyal customer.

Great place with great staff, just like all ICCU branches in Idaho. The number of services that are offered by this financial institution is good too. The only problem is to get cash. If you need somewhat a large amount (anything than 1k) and if you don't want it in dirty 10s and 20s and prefer new clean 50s and 100s you will have to request it 48 prior. So, this was kind of annoying and therefor 4 stars.
