RecommendedThe report card is a great idea! Everyone wants the dogs to be happy and it is a way to know how your pet responds to a strange place, strangers, or the actual grooming process.

From the trauma Dexter went through last summer, neither one of my dogs had been groomed for 5 months. Burch Creek referred me to Idlewire and asked I request Kat! I can’t begin to tell you how thrilled I was when I picked up my dogs! Pictures speak louder than words. Here are some before and after. Kat is a tremendous asset to Idlewire! Thank you, Kat!

Our Rocky is a special case due to being a rescue that has alot of anxiety and fear. They listened to all of my concerns and worries. He came out super cute and I was happy with his cut and his claws don't hurt me anymore. The lady that took care of Rocky was amazing but I did hear a lady say something negative about Rocky when I said I was there to pick him up.
