Fred assured me that my phone would be working and he guaranteed it would work. The same day it was repaired, the phone remained non functional. They refuse to refund my money. He removed my new screen protector and refuses to apply a new after not being able to repair the screen. Crooks!
These people are a thief, they fixed my iphone 7 screen, after 1 week the touchscreen wasn't working and I get back there and they said on my face that it wasn't theit business. I looseduring my iphone 7
DO NOT GET YOUR iPhone SCREEN REPAIRED HERE. After paying $158 to have my iPhone 7 screen repaired, the proximity sensor did not work. I could not place calls without my face pressing buttons, calls cutting out, even the speaker phone didn't work. When I brought the phone back to Mr Fix It (under the 90 day warranty), the phone had cracked again - no doubt due to faulty assembly. Fixed my phone about 3 months ago with them. when I dropped it again, with a screen protector and case on, my whole screen popped out of place as well as some parts inside of my phone and my home button, said "it's normal" for that to happen when a phone is dropped, completely rude and unhelpful will never be going back to them again.
