Dr. Shepard took me on as a new patient and was extremely helpful in figuring out why I was having sudden vision changes. I had syncope during my appointment and the entire staff was caring, helpful, and kind. The team waited until I felt 100% better and continued the appointment afterwards. I can’t say enough good things about the team! Imaging was quick and efficient, and I think Dr. Shepard explained her findings very well.

Dr. Shepherd is a very knowledgeable, empathetic Dr. who takes the time to thoroughly explain tomography findings and how to treat ongoing or new conditions (I had retinal detachment surgery more than a year ago with a different surgeon in the group). It can be scary visiting a place like this but when met with the gentle, firm and swift care of Dr. Shepard, it’s a reminder of how I would like to be treated by medical providers. There’s no dilly-dallying, but at the same time you don’t feel like just another account to swipe through. There’s a thoroughness to this providers process but a respect for your time as well, and most importantly, a general vibe of goodness.
