I was referred to Dr Pollack by a great doctor, twice blessed. The office, technical and nursing staff function like a very well oiled machine. They are efficient, professional and caring. The doctor and his staff are patient, explain things thoroughly, they make sure you understand what you're being told before you leave the office, so you can proceed in an informed manner. From the first appointment through continued treatment by the doctor, my experiences have been consistently exemplary.

I have been impressed with Dr. Pollack since the first day I met him. He did my unexpected surgery on a Friday and came into the office in a Saturday for a follow up visit. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to take care of me. They always told me to call them with any questions or concerns. I felt comforted by the willingness to help me.
