I made sure that before I showed up to my appointment, I emailed and called to Clalify what I wanted. But apparently I didn’t communicate well enough for them. Clearly the email I sent said I wanted a cut and colour to match my clip on extensions. When I got there that was an issue and I understood. No problem. Hi Leticia, I am so sorry to hear you felt that way. The suggestion was to help you not upset you. I suggested you go to a salon with a full range of multi toned and coloured clip in extensions in stock to match. Sorry we couldn't help on this occasion.
Overpriced ++, had my roots done and then was charged $26, for a “half dry”, to check if the colour had taken, this took approx 2 mins, then was charged $29 for a fringe trim that was crooked! Devious in not being upfront with pricing. Would not recommend them to anyone.
I felt like I was over charged .. Not only that but they put the dyer on over my bleach and my hair broke off . Never again
