Can confirm such as everyone else here that this company is scamming people and are sending charges without warning or other forms. The charge just came through a regular message on the phone and there's no mail or email. It is difficult to determine what the charges are for or why they don't make the insurance handle it. Please don't go to this place

The woman was helpful, I will say the max discount they can give if you are self pay is 65%, not 50%.

I had an appointment at Rio Grande Medical Center and they must have sent my lab work to Imaging Associates of New Mexico but I had no idea. I never received a bill, it was never processed through insurance. I had no clue I owed them anything until I received a debt collections notice months later. I called my insurance company and they contacted Imaging Associates and had them submit a claim and put a hold on the debt collections. This incompetent company works with MMC and Three Crosses. They do not collect the insurance information from the hospitals correctly or when they do get the information apply it correctly and you get sent bills in the thousands. There is only a phone number and no physical location here to get resolution. I have provided correct information to them by phone and mail and they still can’t get it right. Unnecessary hand in medical procedure processing, appears untrustworthy, exhibits poor communication, sends your bill (as little as $50) to collections with little due diligence to communicate. I will ensure my future medical work never goes to this facility again.
