AMAZING! I HAD A 15 TEETH EXTRACTIONAL SURGERY THIS MORNING, ITS NOW 7:50 P.M.THE SAME NIGHT AND I FEEL GREAT! VERY PERSONABLE PEOPLE AT IMPACT ORAL IN BRYANT ARK. DID A FABULOUS JOB ! AMAZING !
This dr is now in Russellville Ar at Ark Oral Surgery. He seems too busy to interact with the patient. He spent 2 minutes at the consultation standing at the door entrance and we never saw him before or after the oral surgery. We waited one hour in the waiting room for a 20-minute surgery. The first nurse we saw at the consultation was gruff and curt. The 2nd nurse on the day of the surgery was very kind. Saw dr. for about two minutes after initial X-ray. He stood at the door and when I asked him if he wanted to look at the tooth to be extracted, he said no, that he saw everything he needed from the X-ray. Didn’t see him before or after surgery. No information about how the surgery went or what to expect. And forget about ever getting a call back. It just doesn’t happen…
It’s been a year since my surgery for removal of 6 teeth. Dr Batson dropped one and it went into my bronchial tube. But I wasn’t told a tooth was missing. I spent 4 days coughing and choking, being told to take my antibiotics and steroid before I went to the emergency room. Then I spent days in the hospital, had a bronchoscope to remove the tooth. Sister, had a horrible exp. Had to go to E.R.aft there & no response from Dr. Batsons office. Chest black & blue & 2 lrg sores on lips.
