I started with Dr. Squire back in the day and he then brought in Dr Sams. I have always been treated with kindness and professional service. Brenda has cleaned my teeth a long time and I really like how she explains things an gets to the point. I really like that, I will know what to expect. The whole office rocks. Keep up the good work. Dr Sams and his staff are what a staff in the medical field should be like. Caring, friendly and experts at what they do. Went to him years ago and he was great then, but even MUCH more so now. He and his staff take sufficient time to explain and hear you out so they can provide the best health care. Even the ladies at the front counter they’re welcoming your to the facility with a small. Staff is friendly. Brenda is knowledgable, friendly, & efficient.
Front desk staff is always courteous and was able to get me in a reasonable amount of time.when called for an appointment and greeted me by my first name upon arrival. Feel very comfortable when seeing Shelby because she is very professional, patient, explains everything about any procedure that she is going to be doing.in terms that I can understand and her follow up care makes it a comfortable experience. when going to the Periodontist.
