I do not recommend this dentist as all of sudden there is lack of communication issue. On October 21st I went in for a routine cleaning appointment and was told I had a loose crown on my dental implant and that I would need to make a follow up appointment. So I made a follow up appointment for November 4th not knowing what to expect today follow up appointment. Unfortunately, whenever we have to repair treatment completed by a different office it requires a certain amount of time and effort to make sure it's completed well. We offered you an opportunity to return where the work was done to have it evaluated. We purchased specialized parts and equipment to handle the several unknowns we would encounter. don't do a contest unless you really want to honor it.... not good to promise something then take it away... that is like saying you will do tooth whitening for the month of January then after your patient gets it done you say I am sorry I can't give you 20% off cause your too late...
This company threw a "caption contest" and I was the only participant. They then said I won because i was the only participant but that they were unable to send the gift card out of state? Oh gee, when did it become illegal to send a card out in the mail. That's right..NEVER! Poor business, shame on them. Giving themselves a bad name all around.
