We have a solar edge system / LG batteries that was installed 5 years ago never work and the installer went out of business. We were told by several groups it can’t be fixed. Independent Energy had the system fixed on warranty and up and running in 90 days!!!! This group absolutely knows what there doing!!!!

Independent Energy Hawaii did an amazing job servicing our solar panels! Quick to respond, professional, and clearly know what they're doing. Our system is running better than ever. Highly recommend them to anyone on Oahu looking for solar install or maintenance. 🌞👍

The whole process was fast and the guys who were installing it were on it .. I highly recommend this company. I like how our sales consultant didn’t pressure us into making a decision right away after he presented the proposal. Good job too to the guys who were installing it, they were young but they’re so professional and well trained..

Amazing company to work with from inquiring about solar PV systems till after installation. I will need to write another review about their servicing in the future. But for me, I first heard of this company back in 2023 when my neighbor and I were planning to get solar PV together. From the first communication from Desta to completed installation, Independent Energy had been amazing. I had just moved into a new build and I hadn't received my first month's bill from HECO yet. Highly recommended for all your solar and battery needs! What really sold us in the beginning was our initial meeting with Desta, where he emphasized his company’s values, including making sure his customers were taken care of even after installation. And true to his word, we did get follow-ups after installation to ensure that all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with their service. The entire installation and walk-through process went smoothly and without stress from start to finish.
