My dog prefers women and I knew when i called to schedule his surgery that this would be the best vet I've ever been to. They actually accommodate my troubled rescue instead of taking it lightly. I appreciate their patience and all of their help. For our first appointment and checkup it was cheaper than anywhere else I've been although they may be pricier in other aspects, I'm not sure. The only thing I don't love is them not offering payment plans or options. I trusted them 100% for surgery and glad I didn't go elsewhere.

I recently adopted a puppy that has been exhibiting fearful behavior around new people and dogs. So I was very nervous to bring her to the vet since everyone is doing curbside pet pickup due to COVID. I was so very pleasantly surprised with how friendly the tech was that came to pick up my puppy. She warmed up to her very quickly, and after her visit she seemed even more happy and confident than when she went in. I was amazed and so relieved. We love Indian Tree Animal Hospital! We've been going to Dr Hein for 6-7 years now and have always been happy with our visits! The staff is so friendly and professional, the facility is always clean, they've done an amazing job during this crazy covid time making our pups safe and healthy. I highly recommend Indian Tree to anyone who needs a Veterinarian for their animals!

Great first visit. My cat is quite the jerk and hadn't been to the vet since he was a kitten. He went for a shot and new patient check up and it went great! I was afraid they'd look for any unnecessary treatment to throw at me since it had been so long. This was not the case AT ALL. They were extremely kind and weren't throwing random treatments at me. I came to this vet office because of all of the raving yelp reviews. Let me tell ya...they all held up! I am blown away by the excellent customer service from every single person I spoke with from the receptionist to the vet tech and the vet, they were all amazing! I got to my appointment about 15 minutes early. I pulled into the parking lot and they have signs with the phone number to call to "check in." I moved up to Arvada from south Denver about a year ago. I loved my vet down there and was really hesitant to switch to someone new. After I recently lost my bassethound to cancer and having the stress of driving across Denver to get him treated and looked at and not having any one I trusted closer, I decided to give a new vet a try. We recently rescued a little dog and took her to Indian Tree Animal Hospital for a check up and vaccinations. The staff (Shannon particularly) and Dr. Joza were fantastic. They were kind, patient, and very sweet with our dog. They were good about giving us options and letting us make our own decisions. The appointment was quick and rather affordable. We'll definitely be back :-)

This place was amazing. The staff got back to me so quickly, were very polite and welcoming! My older cat needed a full bloodwork/urine test and Dr. Rosalla walked me through the whole process, what tests would be run, got her results to me the very next day and walked me through all of her levels and ways to go about each result. It's affordable, and the care is above and beyond, highly recommend.
