We recently had a fantastic experience with Brendan Burns at IMCU in Castleton. He was able to process our auto loan application on the spot and even agreed to match the dealer’s lowest rate. One of the best customer service experiences we have had. We will definitely seek Brendan out for future financing needs.
My wife and I were at the bank on Saturday to open an account after our attempt to do it online failed. We met Tamia and she was very helpful and patient, took time to investigate why our application wasn't successful. She took her time to fill out the forms, liaised with colleagues to ensure all t-s were crossed. I think she deserves a raise 😊. Thank you Tamia

We have been banking here almost a year, the tellers are super nice but the staff that sits at the desk in the lobby are just plain rude, the blonde lady (Sorry I dont know her name) is just a mean hateful person. she does not smile and she will just ignore you and type on her computer for a few mins before she takes a deep breath and says "Do you need something" Ive only had a couple interactions with her but I hate going in there.
