Elissa and Andrea at the Newburgh Branch are THE best!!! Customer Service in the way it was in the good ole days!! Attentive, courteous, kind, helpful and eagerly go above and beyond to assist us in all our banking and business needs!! Since switching all of our accounts from one of the “big banks”, we have had zero regrets!! No more feeling like just a number!! We recommend IMCU to everyone now!! You can’t go wrong!! Elissa was absolutely phenomenal. I was referred to her and she went above and beyond for me. I had came from a bank that was highly disappointing and had no interest in trying to help me.
