Banks should not be using options like zelle for their customers. App like this have no protection for people when there is an issue with the momey they've spent through this app for a service. Which isn't okay at all they should be required to operate on a level. To ensure customers are treated fairly zelle doesn't do that at all. You'll just be out which the bank offering this service should care about that to some degree.
