Wonderful group of ladies and Dr. Rula is amazing! They are so good to my son! He loves going to the dentist! They are also positive and encouraging!Â
Waited a month for my sons dentist appointment all for them to tell me siblings were not allowed the day before the appointment. They wanted me to leave my 7yr old daughter in the waiting room by herself. “They would keep an eye on her.” Canceled appointment and would not recommend for parents with multiples.Â
We went to Indigo Pediatric Dentistry since my daughter was old enough to, she developed cavities on her front teeth and we did two rounds of silver fluoride. After those, Dr. Rula told me she needed to have them crowned and then 1 pulled- possibly 2. She also needed her tongue tie released so I chose to do that at the same time since she was being put under. Under the advice of Dr. Rula we went in to have her surgery done. Better make sure you don’t owe a dime or they’ll cancel your appointment even though you told them you are paying when you come in for that appointment. 2 babies left there today crying because they were excited about coming in but had to leave because the appointment was canceled without notice. They called to cancel but didn’t leave a message or let anyone know beforehand that appointments could be canceled.
