I’ve called several places for a roof quote and haven’t had such a great experience as I had with Indy Roof office agent Janessa. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and she was very patient when answering my long list of questions!!

I spoke with Janessa, who was AMAZING with her great customer service and fast assistance with having someone come out for the assessment of my roof! The guy (don’t remember his name) they sent was honest and straightforward, something you don’t see in for profit companies anymore! Thanks Janessa and Indy Roof!!

Estimator is great, didn't treat me like a "female" and respected my wishes. Crew did great and worked hard to get everything done in one day despite the heat and rain. A couple of minor things will need to be fixed but Dalton is on it. Great service all around 👏

Overall very positive experience. Bryan was responsive, transparent and friendly throughout the process. Quoting was straightforward. Work done was very high quality, we are super happy with the results of our new roof and gutters. They caught a coding issue when installing and were able to fix it same day. Would definitely recommend. The only improvement I can think of would be in timeline forecasting. The storms that went through Indiana definitely caused a mess and we were understanding of the impact it would have but it... read more

I’m happy I chose Indy Roof. They listened to all my concerns . My old roof was only 9 years old and the previous company laid my old roof over rotten, sagging decking using cheap materials. I was nervous about choosing a company to replace it but Indy Roof did a fabulous job. They made all the necessary repairs to my decking and replaced my roof in a day. They were amazing to work with and always there when I had questions! Jimmy was great! The roof crew was quick and efficient! When they did the inside work to also fix my ceiling the lady and gentleman went above and beyond!
