Estimator is great, didn't treat me like a "female" and respected my wishes. Crew did great and worked hard to get everything done in one day despite the heat and rain. A couple of minor things will need to be fixed but Dalton is on it. Great service all around 👏
Overall very positive experience. Bryan was responsive, transparent and friendly throughout the process. Quoting was straightforward. Work done was very high quality, we are super happy with the results of our new roof and gutters. They caught a coding issue when installing and were able to fix it same day. I’m happy I chose Indy Roof. They listened to all my concerns . My old roof was only 9 years old and the previous company laid my old roof over rotten, sagging decking using cheap materials. I was nervous about choosing a company to replace it but Indy Roof did a fabulous job. They made all the necessary repairs to my decking and replaced my roof in a day.
