Joe Venn was a big help! I called first thing regarding a severe roof leak. Joe was onsite within 20 minutes. He was quick to diagnose the initial issue and help address the problem. When an additional problem came up he was able to come back and help figure that out as well. Very knowledgeable and explained the issues to me while offering helpful advice and assistance. I really appreciate the quick service and the help getting my issue figured out.
Indy Roof and Restoration replaced our roof quickly with a minimum of inconvenience and disruption to our daily activity. We have had a numerous rainstorms since and are leak free. The price of the work was in line with what we expected to pay. Daniel was easy to work with, was response to our questions and concerns, was always pleasent. Joe is amazing. I had a couple of locations where the aluminum fascia pulled out allowing the soffit panels to fall out on one side. When I asked him to include those in the price for the other work he was looking at, he said, “oh, this is so easy” and grabbed a ladder and repaired both locations on the spot. I will not be calling anyone else again for roofing/siding/gutter work. It will always be Indy Roof and Restoration!!! I would have never expected that kind of first class customer service - just amazing!
Great company to work with
We had a great experience with Indy Roof! Quincy came out on a very windy Sunday evening to tarp a whole in our roof that was the result of a windstorm. He then attended the inspection completed by our insurance adjuster and successfully advocated for insurance to cover our new roof. The whole team was very responsive and professional. The installation day ran smoothly and the team was done with in the day. The new roof looks great, would recommend.

Received a thorough roof inspection from field inspector LaVell Chestnut. It included almost 100 photos of the roof, gutters, vinyl siding and the foundation all the way to street level. There were also videos explaining everything he saw. Very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of Indy Roof and Restoration.
