I drive 2 hours from my home to have my car serviced at Infiniti of Peoria. I always come away feeling like my car has had the best service! I do rideshares so keeping my car in tiptop shape is a must! TR is the best. He listens to any concerns I may have and explains what services are needed once the initial inspection is completed. Highly recommend!!

Great experience from start/finish. Very kind and professional people who helped me. Joe is very personable and explains things easily and completely. Martin in kind and very professional. Logan is kind and personable. My only problem is that the process from start/finish- Only caveat is it took 6+ hours- there ought to be a way to streamline that time a bit. Other than that I actually would give more than 5 stars if I could. Im eternally happy with the service I received & my new car!!
