My wife and I went to Infinity used cars to trade in an older Lexus Rx350 and purchase a Toyota Highlander, however, the interior was the wrong color so as we were walking out, my salesman, Floyd Burwell, showed me a newer Rx350 than mine for about the same price as the Highlander we were looking at so we drove it and fell in love! I have just leased my third Infiniti through Salesman Max Hager. He is very knowledgeable about the features of different models, and he understood which features would be most suitable for my needs. His very pleasant personality made it a pleasure dealing with him. He was not high pressure, and he answered my questions clearly.
