"Tamiko Reed" I have been in and out of car dealerships all of my life, which is not a very short time. I purchased a used Infiniti at a Toyota dealership that was still under warranty. I had a small issue so I visited Schumacher Infiniti. There I was greeted by Tamiko Reed, a very pleasant young lady, who inquired if she could help. "Good communication" Friendly service, good communication and follow through. Experience with enterprise loaner car was not great because it took a long time for both pickup and drop off.
"My Mom's Amazing Experience " My mom, who by the way is 76 years old, told me she was planning to get an oil change tomorrow on her Mercedes. Great, who would have thought it but when I called mom on My way home from work that she told me she's working on purchasing a Q50 and was raving more about how her salesman Chris Bennett treated her then about her new car!
