Excellent service! We have used In 'N' Out in Andover for a service and MOT before, and were very pleased with their work. This time our car was recovered to them as a "non-runner". They went above and beyond trying to diagnose the fault and spent many hours working on our car, despite hitting multiple dead ends. Bright and on the ball. I was really pleased to find really good service so close to my home. The work has been completed quickly and economically. I had a pleasant reception and I was treated as a fellow human being. A little humour was thrown in as well. This will be my 1st stop next time I need some work doing.

Failed water pump The first and last time I use in and out Andover services. I had my cam belt changed by them in September 2021. By June 2022 the water pump had failed. I can understand that parts are rejects from the source. All I requested was my money back in line with their warranty. The interaction with in and out has been all one way, I have always called them I have never once received a call from them! I still have had no refund, I have paid for to expensive services on my car due to this. I feel like judged of the ... read more
