Does what it says on the tin Went for my second MOT today, all completed within an hour, cheerful, polite and friendly staff who knew their stuff , no hard sell of any other products just advisory. Nice clean customer area with wifi and free refreshments. top job all round

Platinum Service Booked one of our cars in for a service, made the call Saturday and was booked in on Monday afternoon for service. All done within an hour and just needed a new air filter.

Excellent service. Great work and great customer experience Took my Peugeot down for a main service and they've done a great job on the car. Checked everything thoroughly, recommendations where necessary and no hard sell. All done on time for the price agreed. Great service and will be using again for the MOT later this year.

Excellent Service I left my car there on the way to work and they kept me updated all through the process. My car is a little old banger and went in for a MOT and service. They emailed me to let me know what needed doing and I check a couple of quotes on line they were by far the cheapest. M little old lady runs lovely now. Will definitely use them again.

Terrible Garage. My car developed an oil pressure issue in February 2024. I quickly took it to in and out autos in Basildon. They diagnosed as a faulty cam carrier and had to replace the wet belt. Once fixed I got the car back and subsequently it had an oil leak. I returned the car and they said it had developed another issue causing the oil leak and they needed to repair a different issue a faulty gasket cover and seal.
