Excellent service as always I've been an In and Out customer for a few years now and taken a variety of cars for services, MOT's, valets etc. As usual it was simple to book an MOT getting the day and time I wanted. I arrived a little early but this wasn't an issue and was courteously dealt with. I opted to go and do some shopping rather than wait but whenever I have waited the coffee and wifi are always plentiful. MOT.. Great service.. MOT running out that day.. nowhere else could fit me in.. these guys did and provided a superb service.. in and out in under an hour.. free coffee .. efficient and courteous.. definitely will use again..
Courteous, professional, efficient. Excellent customer service offered In 'N' Out in Milton Keynes carried out my cars MOT. I opted for the Platinum Family Plus package. Sam and Mick (who dealt with my requirements) were very professional, courteous and efficient. The work was done in less than an hour. They also gave me good advice regarding the packages on offer. I was so pleased with the customer service offered and shall be recommending them to my friends.
Which? Local Review This seems a refreshing approach. I've paid £299 for an annual package, covering 2 full services, 6 valets, unlimited top-ups, A/C servcing etc. I only hope that this newish company survives the recession.
