Would never go anywhere else now We have been taking our cars for services and MOTs ever since the branch opened Consistently excellent customer service, fair pricing and friendly and professional staff. This is a model of how customer service should be.
Have used this depot since it opened. I went to In-n-Out as the main dealer let me down by saying I wasn't booked in when I had personally made the booking myself, they then said they could not do it for another week so I left not amused and called at In-N-Out who booked me in for the following day for service and mot. The reception staff were great and the one technician I spoke to was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, I have now used them for 4 years without any problems, they are also reasonably priced.
In & out Winwick Road Warrington - great The guys in the local branch are great, I started going for MOT's they fix my car, on time, at a fair price and even repaired a long running fault that BMW had mis-diagnosed! Call the branch though as the call center is not always as helpful as they are.
Great mot and service Great garage will informed of what was happing and needed for the car. Came out with I nice running car and a smile on my face . Would trust the guy for a my car repairs
Very quick appointment time and very reasonably priced Managed to get a next day appointment after finding out my MOT had run out. Very quick to do the work and a service was due so had that done at the same time. Felt like they did a great job and the car is running well ever since. The guys on the reception desk are great too, very welcoming and tell you everything you need to know. The In 'n' Out centre in Warrington comes highly recommended from me.
Replace front exhaust pipe Was charged £391 to have front exhaust replaced. Once home I checked out prices, and found that the avg cost of the part was £120, Inc vat. And 1 hr of labour, which included waiting time for part to be delivered. So labour costs account to £270 per hr aprox. I can't believe they would overcharge a disabled / pensioner by this much. Shame on in&out
