My MOT experience at Wigan First of all decided to google MOT test centres near me and came across in'n'out. Contacted them by phone, very helpful and great price, booked MOT same day and all sorted. The team at Wigan are very professional and deliver a quality service from start to finish.You also get to see your vehicle being managed which made a refreshing change with other independent garages! Nice job Wigan, see you next time around.
Avoid - Rude and poor service I am an RAC member and get a free MOT voucher if you book into one of their recommended garages. This is the closest one to me. I booked an appointment through the RACs website and got a confirmation email but was not sent a time. I rang and spoke to the garage who said it hadn’t been confirmed by In and Out so I had to rebook it again. Avoid At All Costs Stay well away, took my sons car that had bought for £2.8k in January, had a two clear MOT's last year 2nd one in December 2023. Work still incomplete I visited the Wigan centre twice to ensure they had the required oils, filters and diagnostic equipment to carry out a service on my Maserati Ghibli. I was told the oil and filters would be okay , especially as all manufacturers filters come from the same factory, and if Wigan didn't have the correct diagnostic equipment, they would source it from one of the other 15 depots within the group.
